HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 7 to 12 business days.However, during peak periods, please allow an additional 5 businessdays for delivery.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive anemail notification with your tracking details. Please allow a few daysfor tracking updates to appear, as the package will be awaiting pickupand processing by the carrier.
3. Address Changes & InternationalShipping
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes! You can update your shipping address after ordering on the shipping page or via the shipping confirmation page in your email.
Please note: Once your order has shipped, we cannot change theaddress.lf you need to make any adjustments, please do so beforeyour order is dispatched.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, except for a few restrictedcountries. lf you are unsure whether we ship to your location, pleasereach out to us.
4. Shipping Confirmation & OrderTracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmationemail containing your tracking number(s). Please note that trackingdetails may take up to 24 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs fees, duties, and taxes vary by country and are theresponsibility of the customer.
For most countries, we cover customs fees in advance. However, ifyour country requires additional fees upon arrival, it is the customer'sresponsibility to pay these charges.
If international trade laws change and new tariffs are introduced afteryou place your order, the customer is responsible for covering any newtariff fees imposed by their country.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
LOST PACKAGES
If your order is lost in transit, we will provide you with a replacement atno additional cost. However, if the carrier encounters issues deliveringyour replacement package, it will be the customer's responsibility tofollow up with the carrier for further resolution.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours atsupport@love&carfting.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue. Be sureto keep all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may berequired for a claim.
